Every item we sell is custom made to order, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to resell it.

Order changes
Because production begins shortly after purchase, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us at [email] as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us at [email] within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and work with you on a resolution.

Shipping issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
